Hi all, We just had our gutters cleaned and screens placed on them by a Windemere
neighbor, Chris Montano (CJ's Roofing). He's honest, professional, and most
of all, did excellent work for a very reasonable price. If you're considering
having gutter work done, I highly recommend him.

I’d also throw out thanks to Chris. In addition to gutter work, he spotted a few
roof tiles (one totally displaced with bare felt left behind, a couple broken, and
one cracked) that needed replacement. His response was quick and the work was well
done. Don’t get caught in the rain.

Hi,
Would you please let me know how you got your tiles fixed? I have a similar problem.
One of the tiles on our roof just slipped out completely and landed on our car parked
on the drive way.

The process to get them repaired is pretty easy. Once the type/# of tile is identified
and obtained, someone with experience simply needs to get onto the roof (the hard
part), know how to walk around without damaging the tile, swap out the broken, and
swap in the new tile. Having done quite a bit of work in the housing industry when
I was young and in school, I found Chris review and information to be good. He was
able to leverage his experience to secure the tiles we needed for our roof.
